Shipping Terms
The product will be shipped by one of the following depending on the circumstance.
- The seller processing the order (Most of the time).
- A partner due to logistics.
Additional Shipping alteration may be made
- The courier selected may be substituted by us due to lack of availability.
- Minor changes may be done without notice unless written in the order notes “DO NOT SUBSTITUE CARRIER UNDER ANY CONDITION”
- Although we strive to have 100% accurate shipping if a major discrepancy occurs the transaction may be refunded.
- Non deliverable items or failure to respond to logistic requests may result in refund of transaction
LEAD TIMES
Our goal is to ship as quickly as possible. In this industry lead times do occur.
If the item can not be shipped within 14 days a refund is automatically processed.
You may request a refund after 3 business days should a tracking number not be provided.
A ticket will be opened for any order incurring shipping delays.

Our products are new, our price is low but that means that returns come with a cost.

In the rare occurance a product is damaged in shipping must be notifed to us withing 24 hours of delivery. You are required to take photos and document the damage for the shipping claim.
